Colombia Gesha Carbonic Maceration Sun Dried Natural lumi xl and stabilized for 25 daysThis coffee was developed exclusively for Luminous in collaboration with Shady and Elias Bayter of El Vergel Estate. Produced at 1,550 meters above sea level, the Gesha is grown alongside cacao, citrus, avocado, plantain, ceiba trees, and other coffee varieties, creating a diverse ecosystem that contributes to the farm's quality. For this custom lot, 455 kg of perfectly ripe Gesha cherries averaging 21 Brix were carefully selected. The cherries were
