Edges of hop bitterness set a lovely accent. The palate continues in this layered fashion. Assisted by electric acidity, every nuance gets a spotlight. The ripe apple flesh, the intense and mouthwatering apple pip bitterness, the gentle sweetness and that mellow notion of linden flower tisane. The medium sweet finish strikes the most wonderful balance.
