It's one of the citys most breathtaking viewpoints, especially when framed by the wild greenery and tucked away stairways that lead you there. This design is based on my original collage, created with layered paper, muni transfers, and acrylic paint to capture the textures, contrast, and quiet beauty of this elevated cityscape. This piece
