The palate is light but textured with balanced phenolics & nutty cashew notes, dry & savoury, balanced with crisp acid, and great length. Fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel with some juice solids, blended & fined soon after fermenting & held cold to retain freshness prior to filtering & bottle.
