Matured for 10 years in a combination of Pedro Ximnez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, red wine barriques and virgin oak casks. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 59. 7%. TASTING NOTES Nose: Mocha, fig syrup, toasted hazelnuts, honeycomb, dried red berries and a touch of molasses tart. Palate: Baking
