Delicate and lightly oxidative nose of white flowers, brioche, dried red fruits, spice and iodine. On the palate it is creamy, concentrated but bone dry, with an almost grainy minerality. Late picked grapes and long aging sur lattes give volume and richness, all balanced by beautiful linear acidity.
