Creation Ridge Chardonnay 2024 Heaven Hill on the 28th January 1992DESCRIPTION Harvested from south facing vineyards at 264 m on the Hemel en Aarde Ridge, where quartz seams cut through cool clay soils, this 100% Chardonnay captures the precision of its elevated coastal terroir. The fruit, sourced from 919 year old vines (clones 95, 96, 548 and 760), was hand picked at the end of February 2024 following a long, even ripening under a 12 C diurnal swing. Fermentation occurred in 30% new and 70% seasoned French oak,
