Annamese Polychrome Bowl, Vietnam, 15th Century Condition: In good conditionAn Annamese bowl of round form on a raised foot, hand painted in iron red dating to the 15th 16th Century Vietnam, likely from the Hoi An Shipwreck. Includes a later carved wood plinth, perfectly fitted to the bowls foot size. Measurements: 18cm diameter x 11cm high (including plinth) Condition: The surface displays notable desaturation of colour and areas of enamel loss, consistent with prolonged submersion underwater. The iron red (now more pinkish)
