It is a weighted material with a sheen to it. There is no size tag but based on actual measurements I believe it to be a size xs or small. Please go off actual measurements to ensure an accurate fit. It is in fair to good condition for its age. There is some yellowing brown spots and some possible flaws to the trim. See close up pics for examples. Armpit to armpit approx 22" Shoulder seam
