The watch is marked Bulova, Waterproof and Swiss on the face. The second hand will move if you wave it a few times indicating that it is likely a self winding type watch. It will keep time well if worn regularly. The item has been unworn however for multiple decades, so it may need a good clean and service. The band, bezel and numerals are gold
