Red Felt Ornamental Hanging Frame - Antique Enamel Buttons polarfleece hat Here's a video that capturesThis red frame is made from a sturdy 100% wool felt that is sewn and decorated with a vintage Bakelite black star button from the 1940s. The laminated card of the antique button is the template (2 7 16" wide by 3 10 16") for you to use for trimming the photo is so wish to insert inside.
