Dangerous' tanning products promoted by influencers Do you know it is illegal to sell Melanotan in the UK? These injections have not been clinically trialled and we have no evidence of their safety or long term side effects. There has been a worrying increase in the number of young people using sunbeds. Some people are also using nasal sprays and injections with melanotan II in to boost their tan.
