Don Anastacio Tequila Blanco Bottle:1 apricot and pearNose: Spicy agave, minerals, thyme and earthiness. Flavor: Sweetness coats the tongue with a light hint of jalapeo, pineapple and almonds. Finish is medium long with a white pepper zing, and slight bitterness. Light nose. Hints of agave, black licorice, vegetal and lychee fruit. Smooth on entry without anything special going on in my mouth. A light pepper attack on the finish. Although it's a long finish, I only taste the warmth on my tongue.
