Released sporadically throughout the year, just as soon as we deem the barrels ripe for the picking, these beers will be one off creations never to be replicated again. No. 3 is a blend of saisons aged in old use oak barrels, with our house blend of Brettanomyces strains, other bugs, and fresh Niagara peaches (that yes, we
