The ancient volcanic soil of the Red Hills appellation bring out the lush flavors of this lively wine. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 55F (13C), long and slow, resulting in a flood of crisp pear and granny smith apple aromas filling the glass, perfectly balancing the notes of citrus and guava on the palate.
