Lustau Pedro Ximenez San Emilio 37.5cl Midori Serve with a good tonicMade from 100% Pedro Ximenez grapes which are laid out in the sun until they shrivel up like raisins. The wine is then aged in American oak in the tradional solera system for an average of 12 years. The result is a very dark coloured sherry with aroams of figs and raisins on the nose. The palate is sweet and intoxicating velvety soft but well balanced and very long in the mouth. 1
