A wonderful mountain and a fantastic experience and achievement with plenty of rocks and scrambling involved

15am close to the beautiful historic village of Edwinstowe at the Sherwood Forest Country Park visitor centre car park (NG21 9QB)

On Saturday 26th September we meet on the Cumbria Coast in Whitehaven at 1. 30pm for a beautiful Coastal hike for about 3. 5hrs in total. We stay overnight nearby at a Premier Inn hotel and on the Sunday we have our first Mountain. England's 4th highest Peak at 931m Skiddaw. This hike should take about 6hrs in total and has stunning, far reaching views over the Lake District.
