This horse shoe shaped ridge of vineyards gives so much more personality to the fruit grown here than some of the duller juice produced from the plains around the town of Sancerre. The 2018 is another beautiful wine from Mathieu, pure and vibrant citrus, herbs and minerality on the nose. The palate has juice and concentration, plenty of bright
