This wine is made from carefully selected hand picked grapes from the Languettes vineyard inside the Corton Charlemagne AOC. The wine is fermented very slowly in barrel with 60% new oak, and aged further in barrel (with 30% new barrel stock) with occasional lees stirring for between 12 and 15
