COMPLETED: ECU Flow and Mindfulness - Thurs 1st Nov ART WORKSHOP Location: Joondalup Art GalleryThursday 12: 30 1: 30pm ECU Joondalup Campus Room 8A. 402 In this 1 hour lunch time workshop we will learn skills to enhance Mindfulness and your Unique Creative Flow Then we will release that creativity through painting and other mediums. Each workshop will have a different focus and we will build on mindful and creative skills as we progress. This is a mindful, relaxed and friendly environment. I have no doubt we will be incorporating lots of
