Lomond Belladonna SMV 2020 consists of 79% Shiraz, 15% Mouvedre and 6% Viognier. The Syrah was fermented dry in stainless steel tanks, transferred to barrels for malolactic fermentation and aging. The Mourvdre was fermented in 500 kg open bins followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in 300 litre barrels. The Viognier spent the first
