Mills Digestif Style_Lambic 12 Beers: £45 delivered (1stDigestif is a dark, herbal, bitter, digestif tonic of a beer. It was created from a blend of two dark beers, produced in July 2022 and February 2023. These contained dark roasted malts, for their dry cocoa character, as well as double roasted crystal malt, which lends a bitter sweet dried fruit richness. Both underwent spontaneous fermentation in old French oak barrels for over three years. The French oak lending woody spice and tobacco aromatics,
