Flor Rose Prosecco - 750ml De Ribas Eagle Rare Kentucky Straight BourbonBase wines of Glera and Pinot Nero are blended prior to secondary fermentation, as opposed to the Glera being colorized by still red wine after the secondary fermentation. The result is a proper integration of the complexity of the red component in the final Glera. Secondary fermentation lasted 45 days in smallautoclave, 2 weeks longer than usual. Increased time on the lees results in a higher quality perlage and greater complexity and creaminess on
