The use a double distillation method where the "low wines" (or lightly distilled muscat wine) is infused with the botanical range and then re distilled to the higher proof. It is a "blanche" or "bleu" absinthe lacking the green color of absinthe verte as a result of the distillation after the infusion. Copper
