The dial is inspired by a painting by Franz von Stuck, titled "Der Wchter des Paradieses" or "The Guardian of Paradise" and originally made in 1889. I'm not sure about Franz von Stuck, but I intend this dial to be as a pair for another painting based on his work, Lucifer.
