Aromas of pears and apples are underscored by notes of vanilla and white flowers and a stony minerality. Mineral notes that transmit a serious sensation with hints of flowers, spices and herbs that show in a subtle way. The palate is liquid chalk, with sharp and pungent flavours, nicely textured.
