This 21 year old cask strength whisky was matured in refill European oak butts, giving the fruity whisky a jacket of rich sherry cask character. Only 2,860 bottles of this whisky, which was matured for 21 years and bottled at cask strength, have ever been produced. Honey and brine notes on the nose with a bit of spicy caramel. Light toffee and fresh fruit flavor
