Ethiopia | Bookkisa Village and Anacafé 14This coffee comes from Ture Waji, the founder of Sookoo Coffee. It is processed at the Bookkisa station, where cherries are gathered from local smallholders at elevations ranging from 2000 to 2150 MASL. Expect a flavorful and impressively clean natural coffee that Ture has become famous for. We find notes of mixed berries, floral honey and strawberry cream. Ture Waji, often referred to as "The King of Guji," is not only an outstanding producer but
