This painting from France beautifully reflects its age

It is undated but is likely from the 1930s as this piece when I purchased it was next to other art by the same artist that was dated in the 1930s (I can send a photo if you wish)

The frame has wear and tear in line with age

This pair of vintage bookends will no doubt keep any heavy books sitting upright as they are heavy and sturdy
